Job Satisfaction is more important than money!!

I keep thinking about my job these days. I keep wondering am I a value-add to the company or am I just wasting my time thinking about money. Hmmm......it keeps coming in my mind whether I m enjoying the work I m doing or is it just a rat race wherein you earn money and don't enjoy the work you do.

Often we are in a situation where we keep wondering are we doing the right thing by being in this job or you want to do something else......

The question of job satisfaction arises when we are in such a situation. Money is important but do you enjoy doing your work or would you rather do something else. I have lately realized that I am not enjoying what I am doing. My brain is clogged like a drain with ideas but I don't have a platform to use them. I desperately need a platform. But how do I get it only when I am frustrated with my job.

I don't care about the money what I really care about is the work I do where I am not only useful to myself but to others too.

I have decided never to take hasty decisions where there is a lucrative compensation but a sad profile.

I would only say always take a job where you can benefit anyone and everyone. Never give money utmost priority.

You shouldn't make a relationship work, it either works or doesn't.

Relationship is a very ambiguous phenomenon which is very hard to comprehend.

I personally believe in nurturing relationships. Relationships start with a seed and have to be nurtured till the time they become a fully grown tree. I don't think that a relationship grows on its own. It is never a one-sided attempt.

A relationship can only work if people pay attention to it,understand it and after understanding know how to make it grow.

Always make a relationship work because you never know what is in store for you in future.

Relationships are the key to a man's existence. Never think of a life without a relationships. A man is a social animal and leading a solitary life can only spell doom for him. Can you imagine a human being living all by himself........at least I can't.

I hate to say this but I love to have a life where I am surrounded by people and have some sort of relationship with them. Relationship with parents, your loved one or with your friends can only be successful if you work at it not because you leave them the way they are.

Remember to have a happy life work towards your relationships and never leave them.

Please keep reading my blog for more philosophical thoughts.

"People often mistake being direct with being rude."

Well........I completely agree with the statement that people who are direct are mistaken for being rude and mean. But the fact is that these are the people who are actually true and never mislead you.

I believe if you are candid and blunt, you never do anything wrong inspite of the fact that you may hurt the other person. It has happened with me but I don't regret it. I feel I don't do the other person justice if I am being diplomatic.

But this may have drawbacks since many people may not accept the blunt remarks you may make and that is when you feel that its better to be careful than sorry and hurt the other person.

I would still be with a person who is blunt or direct rather than over-friendly and back-stabbing.
